  • - Will be employed at the site office.

2. Sales Executive

Job Description :
He should have good communication (Written/Verbal) and good presentation skill

  • - Attending walk-in Clients and handling Client Queries.
  • - Marketing and selling of high rise Residential, Commercial and Villas Apartments/N A Plots.
  • - Explaining them about all the Properties , Which are in their need
  • - Showing them sites/ flats and Convincing them to buy it
  • - Handling channel partners to boost the sales . Help them in finalizing the deal. Negotiation, if required.
  • - Proficient CRM ( Customer Relationship Management )

3. Senior Accountant

Job Description :
A Senior Accountant is a highly productive and functioning member of the team, managing work at volume and with technical knowledge and agility. They have a high level of knowledge of business services and are able to complete work efficiently, recognising issues of concern and opportunities as they arise, and take steps to resolve or maximise those issues. Senior accountants develop a higher level of taxation knowledge beyond basic compliance and apply this knowledge to their work.

  • - Book entries
  • - Prepare State or Local Tax returns of individual and organization
  • - Prepare Financial statements and other reports to summarize company's financial position
  • - Assist with monthly budget statement
  • - Prepare Computation of individuals
  • - Responsible for all the Finalization of A/c knowledge ( Mandatory )
  • - Complete all assignments within the time allocated.
  • - Complete all assignments within the budget allocated
  • - Complete internal audits of transactions as necessary

4. Junior Accountant

Job Description :
Provide support for the daily, weekly and monthly accounting functions. Provide financial information for the organization by maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts. Maintain the general ledger accounts by monitoring journal entry preparation; preparing monthly accruals and entries and reconciling accounts monthly.

  • - Accounts receivable – assisting with daily invoicing
  • - Cash application – Applying customer payments timely
  • - Commissions – Process monthly commission statements
  • - Maintain controls over accounting transactions
  • - Complete special projects giving insightful analysis when needed
  • - Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information)

Job Description :
Candidate should be L.L.B having Experience of 5-10 years in Litigation/ Non-Litigation matters in Real Estate Company or with the legal firm dealing in Property matters. He/ She will be responsible for drafting legal documents such as sales agreements, MOU”s conveyance of properties, etc.

Job Description :
